Users are restricted from registering multiple orders with the same billing details without first notifying Kaiale of that intent. We also reserve the right to terminate an user’s account if it is targeted by malicious activity from other parties.

You agree that you will cooperate in relation to any financial crime screening that is required and to assist Kaiale in complying with any prevailing laws or regulations in place.

You agree that you shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with your Card company, (Ie. in regards to failure of transaction, etc…) on your own.

You agree that you will not take any action that affects Kaiale’s reputation or that defames, abuses, harrasses or threatens others.
